Standards

SOURCING

Primary Sources First

We cite primary sources — official research papers, company announcements, regulatory filings, earnings calls, and direct statements — before secondary reporting. When we rely on secondary reporting, we attribute it clearly.

CLAIMS

Distinguishing Announced from Shipped

We clearly separate what a company has announced from what is available to users. We do not report demo capabilities as production capabilities. When a product is in private beta or limited access, we say so.

CONTEXT

Benchmark Transparency

AI benchmarks are frequently cherry-picked or misleading. When we report performance figures, we include the benchmark name, date, evaluation conditions, and who conducted the test. We flag when a company self-reports without independent verification.

OPINION

Analysis Clearly Labelled

Factual reporting and editorial analysis are kept separate. Opinion, strategic inference, and forward-looking projections are labelled as such — typically in the 'PM Insight' section of each article.

AI

AI-Assisted Editorial Process

AI Rundown Daily uses AI language models to assist in the drafting and summarisation of articles. All content is reviewed, edited, and approved by a named human editor before publication. We do not publish AI-generated content unreviewed. See our full AI Assistance Disclosure for details.

CORRECTIONS

Corrections Policy

We correct factual errors promptly. Corrections are noted inline at the top of the affected article with the correction date. Significant corrections are also noted in the article changelog. To report an error, email corrections@airundowndaily.com.
